York-based pianist Kate Ledger offers an innovative programme of miniatures, but with a minimalist slant. Centred around Philip Glass’ Music in Contrary Motion and David Lang’s pieces Grind and Cage, we have Linda Catlin Smith’s Chorales alongside James Williamson’s Fragments to Loop (expect megaphones!) framed by two works by Matthew Lee Knowles.
